Welcome to Qwenzy! By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they govern your use of Qwenzy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qwenzy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features of Qwenzy, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Qwenzy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Qwenzy offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees specified at the time of your purchase. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms. You authorize Qwenzy to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you provide.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Qwenzy does not provide refunds for any subscription fees already paid, including for the current running month. No refunds will be issued for partial use or non-use of the Services during the running month.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use Qwenzy only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Use the Services to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any data contained therein;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks;

  • Copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Qwenzy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Qwenzy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Services without prior written permission from Qwenzy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qwenzy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qwenzy and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Modification of Terms

Qwenzy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, providing you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you an email notification). By continuing to use the Services after any modifications, you agree to the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration & Conciliation Centre, Bengaluru (Domestic & International), and the venue shall be Bangalore Karnataka.
